We're engineers who got tired of AI that looked good on slides.

Sakasi was built because the gap between “AI strategy” and “AI that actually runs in production” had gotten too wide — and too many businesses were stuck in that gap.

Who we are

A studio that builds, not advises.

Sakasi is an AI engineering studio based in Hyderabad, India — incorporated under Purpelyx Innovations Pvt. Ltd. We design, build, and deploy AI agents, automation systems, and full-stack software for businesses that are ready to move from curiosity to results.

We started because we kept seeing the same pattern: companies investing in AI that never reached production. Not because the technology wasn't ready — it was. But because the bridge between a business problem and a working system requires more than a strategy presentation. It requires engineering.

That's what we do. We take your operations, your workflows, your edge cases, and your data — and we build systems that work inside your real environment. Not demos. Not prototypes that sit in a staging server. Production software, owned by you, maintained by your team.

We're incorporated in India and work globally. Our clients span Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Time zones don't stop us. Bureaucracy doesn't slow us. Poorly scoped briefs don't frustrate us — we've built a process to fix that in the first conversation.

What we believe

Four principles we refuse to compromise on.

Build, don't advise

We ship working software. Not strategy decks, not "Phase 1 discovery engagements" that end without code. From the first sprint, we're building. That's how we stay honest with ourselves and with clients.

Simplicity is the hardest skill

The temptation in engineering is to over-build. More infrastructure, more abstraction, more "future-proof" layers that add complexity today and break quietly tomorrow. We resist that. The best solution is usually the simplest one that solves the actual problem.

Ownership without dependency

Every system we build is designed to be maintained, extended, and understood by whoever comes next — whether that's your internal team or a future contractor. We document properly. We write clean code. We do not engineer job security through obscurity.

Honest over agreeable

If AI isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll say so. If your timeline isn't realistic, we'll tell you. If a feature will create more problems than it solves, we'll push back. We'd rather have a short difficult conversation than a long expensive mistake.

Sakasi is a small, focused team of engineers with deep experience in AI, automation, and software engineering. When you work with us, you're talking directly to the people building your system — not a project manager relaying messages to a team you'll never meet.

We've worked across fintech, operations, SaaS, e-commerce, and enterprise environments. We've built systems that process millions of records, agents that run complex reasoning loops, and products that have scaled from a single founder's idea to a funded company's core infrastructure.

We're hands-on by design. We keep the team lean deliberately — because a small team of excellent engineers moves faster, communicates better, and produces cleaner work than a large team managing overhead.

We're also genuinely curious people. We think deeply about what we build, who it affects, and whether it actually makes someone's day better. That isn't a marketing line. It shows up in how we scope projects, how we handle edge cases, and how we approach handover.

We serve clients across the UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Germany, and the United States without the friction typically assumed from distributed teams.
